Privacy

We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, email — only to fulfil orders, verify payments and run CloudZila Club.

Data is stored on Supabase (encrypted at rest) and processed on Vercel. Payment gateways (SSLCommerz, bKash) process card and wallet data under their own policies — we never see card numbers.

Marketing messages on WhatsApp are opt-in only, at most 2 per week, and stop immediately when you reply STOP.

We never sell or share customer lists. Delivery partners (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX) receive only the name, phone and address needed to deliver.

To access or delete your data, WhatsApp 01883-422948 from the registered number.
