Terms & age policy

CloudZila BD ("we") sells nicotine-containing vaping products to adults aged 18 and over only, in line with the Smoking and Tobacco Products Usage (Control) Act 2005 as amended in 2026. By using this site or placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

We may ask for a national ID, passport or driving licence at delivery or pickup. If age cannot be confirmed the order is cancelled and any prepayment refunded within 3 working days.

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. Stock and prices can change without notice; your order total is fixed at the time of confirmation.

Orders paid by bKash, Nagad or Bangla QR are held for 2 hours pending transaction verification. Unverified orders are released back to stock.

Cash-on-delivery orders refused at the door more than twice may result in prepayment being required for future orders.

We do not sell to anyone we believe is purchasing on behalf of a minor. Staff may refuse any sale.

Nicotine is an addictive chemical. These products are not a smoking-cessation aid and we make no health claims about them.
